Green tea is derived from the tea plant, namely Camellia sinensis. Medically, the catechin compounds in green tea have many benefits such as being able to reduce the risk of cancer, tumors, lowering blood cholesterol, preventing high blood pressure, killing bacteria and fungi, killing influenza viruses, and keeping the breath from smelling bad. Taste

Green tea has a light, soft and fresh taste. This depends on how it is processed and the mixture added.

Cultivation

About 80% of green tea comes from China. In general, green tea is grown in the sun and matcha is grown in shade during the final weeks before harvest. This shade is used to increase the chlorophyll content in tea leaves and make them darker.

Making Process

How to make green tea, simply brew the tea with hot water or boiling water, then wait until the color of the tea comes out. After that, strain the tea leaves or remove the tea bag you are using.

The Camellia sinensis plant is known for its myriad of health benefits. This type of tea contains antioxidants, polyphenols, and a unique amino acid called L-theanine.
